  • Who should eat The Health Tree meals?

    All our meals are designed for anyone who wants a healthy alternative to todays mass produced and over processed food without the sacrifice of taste, flavour and nutrition. Whether you’re interested in dietary weight loss or muscle and mass gain, have allergies or nutritional requirements, are vegan, vegetarian or pescatarian, if you like good wholesome, healthy, full flavour freshly cooked food, then The Health Tree is definitely for you.

  • What dietary needs do you cater for?

    We firmly believe that there should be no reason why everyone can’t enjoy tasty and healthy food regardless of their individual dietary requirements.

    All our food can be ordered to addresses the following dietary needs:

    • Vegetarian
    • Vegan
    • *Gluten Free
    • Dairy Free
    • Pescatarian

    *Some of our meals contain pasta, but don’t worry as we have a Gluten Free option available. Just click on the Gluten Free option during the ordering process to ensure we provide you with the correct Gluten Free meal. For allergies please see our meals ingredients.

    Note. Our products may contain traces of seeds, nuts and shellfish.

  • Is your food ready to eat?

    Heat Me Before You Eat Me

    Step 1. Remove label and slightly loosen one side of the lid – Place in a microwave and heat on full power (900w) for 3½ minutes seconds.
    Step 2. Stir and leave for 1 minute before serving. Please be careful, the tray will be hot before you tuck in, ensure the food is piping hot.

    Note: For other microwave wattages, adjust times according to your microwave’s manufacturer’s handbook.

    Storage
    This product is suitable for home freezing at consumers discretion. If you decide to freeze, complete defrosting is recommended before heating up. Please refer to your freezer’s manufacture guidelines for best results. Always keep refrigerated at all times.

  • Why should I eat healthy meals only 6 days a week?

    Why our meals are based on 6 day and not 7?

    Whether you’re eating healthily for dietary, weight loss or muscle gain, health or nutritional purposes or just love eating wholesome good food. We believe that at least once a week you should give yourself a treat. So we recommend that one day a week you should have a Cheat Day.

    What’s a Cheat Day?

    One day a week you should treat yourself to a luxury or maybe a meal that is not generally thought of as a healthy option. Consider it a little thank you to yourself for completing the last 6 days of your recommended healthy eating plan. It’s good to treat yourself every now and then.

  • Why do you offer 6, 12, 18 and 24 meal options?

    How many meals should I choose?

    Besides our Protein Lab, we offer 4 meal plan options. The difference between the 6, 12, 18, and 24 options are simply how many healthy meals a day you want to eat. The difference between them are as follows:

    1 Meal A Day: Is based on 6 healthy meals to be eaten one meal a day.

    2 Meals A Day: Is based on 12 healthy meals to be eaten as two meals a day.

    3 Meals A Day: Is based on 18 healthy meals to be eaten as three meals a day.

    4 Meals A Day: Is based on 24 meals healthy to be eaten as four meals a day.

    You may have noticed that all our meal plans are based on a 6 day week and not the typical 7. The reason for this is quite simple. We suggest that after 6 days of adhering to healthy meal plan to truly benefit from your switch to eating healthier meals, you deserve a day off.

    This is known as a ‘cheat day’ and it allows you to reward yourself for sticking to your healthy diet for the last 6 days with something decadent and dare we say it, a ‘not so healthy’ treat. Basically the cheat day is a pat on the back for a job well done.

    Don’t forget that all our meals can be frozen.

    All our meals can be frozen, so there is no reason why you can’t place and order for several weeks in advance and freeze them to be eaten at a later date. (Please refer to your freezer manufacturers guidelines for best results).

  • What different methods of payment do you offer?

    We offer several payment options:

    • PayPal
    • BACS ( Direct Bank Transfer)
    • *COD (Cash on delivery)

    Notes.

    Our *Cash on Delivery payment option is only available to long term existing customers and is by mutual arrangement. This facility is not available to new customers. Please contact us if you have any questions about alternative payment options.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    Our current delivery area is as follows.

    We are a Midland based health food company and deliver to:

    • Wolverhampton
    • Walsall
    • Stafford
    • Rugeley
    • Lichfield
    • Tamworth
    • and surrounding areas

    Notes.

    The above delivery areas are based on the nearby geographic location to our central kitchens. They are for guidelines purposes only and are certain areas within and around them may not be covered. If in doubt, get in touch.

    Local & Nationwide delivery services.

    Currently we only deliver to our local areas, but we are in the process of setting up national coverage to enable us to delivery nationwide. Please contact us if you would like to know when we will be delivering in your area.

  • Having problems with Registration or Logging In?

    How to Register

    Registration is a very simple. Just click on the Register link placed at the top of all of our website pages. You will be asked to enter a Username and your current Email address. On completion you will be sent a Registration Confirmation email to the address you gave.

    Please check you Inbox for the email, it should take a few minutes at the most. If it appears not to have arrived, please check you Spam Folder as your email client has not yet approved The Health Three email as not spam. If it is in your Junk Folder, just set it as Not Junk and then click on the confirmation link provided or alternatively copy and paste it in to your favourite browsers address bar.

    This will open our Password Rest option page. Please insert a new password of your choice. Please choose one which is safe but easily memorable. On completion and you will automatically be logged in to your account page. If that fails to load, just click on the ← Back to The Health Tree link and try logging in from the Get In Touch link in the main menu.
